We have video of the 2013 Opel / Vauxhall Astra Cabriolet on video ahead of its debut at the Paris Motor Show. We’re guessing that even though the 2013 Astra Cabriolet (which will arrive as both the Vauxhall and Opel Cabrio) is due to debut at the Paris Motor Show next month, it won’t be in showrooms until the spring – just in time for another miserable summer. Ahead of that debut, GM Europe are out at the Nurburgring making sure their new soft-top doesn’t wibble wobble too much, resulting in the spy video below.

New Mondeo spearheads Ford's ramp-up of bio-fuel models
Ford announced an expansion in its flexifuel range. Flexifuel allows a vehicle to run on either regular petrol or E85 – an 85/15 percent bio-ethanol/petrol blend – and automatically offsets any carbon emissions produced because more crops are always produced to meet the demand for fuel. Ford president and CEO John Fleming confirmed that the existing Focus and C-Max flexifuel cars would be joined by Mondeo, Galaxy and S-Max derivatives, which will all come on stream from early 2008.
The interior of the Alfa Giulietta - a nice place
The Giulietta is up against some stiff competition from the sector big boys – the VW Golf and the Ford Focus – and for all the visual appeal Alfas have traditionally had, that’s never been enough. And at first glance the Giulietta – which looks a bit like a MiTo after a course of steroids – doesn’t even tick all the sexy boxes. Instead of flowing lines we look for in an Alfa it’s all a bit blobby.
